Battery-powered measuring stations and standard sensors
Mitec’s measuring system is well-suited to monitoring of surface water levels in dams, lakes, rivers and waterways. The measuring stations use normal alkaline torch batteris with a life-length of approx. half a year which means that neither solar panels or chargeable batteries are needed. Measurements are made continuously, for example every minute or every hour, and are stored in memory for later transfer to the measuring server. Immersible pressure sensors are used, in standard models from various suppliers. Measuring values can be scaled by the measuring system, such as to meters above sea level. The stainless steel enclosure that is used in Sat60-SS has protection class IP65 and tolerates weather and wind. Accessories include antennas with good amplification for installation in areas with poor GSM/GPRS coverage.

Internet or own measuring server
Measuring data is transferred to the measuring server via the GSM-network for presentation on Internet on www.it-sensors.com. Your graphics and statistics are presented directly in Internet Explorer. As part of this service, Mitec takes care of all operation and maintenance of the system for a low fixed cost.
You can also have your own measuring server installed on the local network. The server then takes care of all traffic and delivers measuring values to your own database for futher export to control and monitoring systems. The measuring server can be completely freestanding as it has its own graphic and statistical functions.

Alarm via SMS
The measuring stations have SMS-function and at critical levels an alarm is sent directly to one or more mobile phones. Whenever you want, you can also request measuring values to be sent to a mobile phone.		   Övervakning av ytvattennivåer
